Alongside full‑service catering, I specialise as a pastry chef, creating handmade desserts, pastries, and baked goods that bring a touch of comfort and creativity to even the busiest tour schedule. From early‑morning pastries to post‑show treats, I craft everything with care, flavour, and attention to detail.
