My Story, I have been a chef for just on 40 years.  I started off at the Piccadilly in Manchester.  Since then I have aspired to be the best chef I can be and have worked in the Ski resorts in France to the Highlands of Scotland. I have certainly got a passion as well as the experience in what I do and have given many lectures to University's and schools to inspire the younger generation.  I have been freelance since 1990 and have covered many venues from festivals, concerts, weddings etc.  There are too many to mention, but I fulfill every assignment with the utmost care and diligence and have never had a bad review or complaint.  I have a team of staff on hand, chefs, back of house and front of house, kitchen assistants etc who are all reliable and dedicated.  We can cover any event successfully and professionally.
